R.O Revenue Recovery

This campaign focuses on trying to find solutions for customers who have declined on an RO. The dealer pays $0.55 per active minute, plus a small percentage on completed RO's.

Call Quality Audits

Calls will be reviewed and graded based on the expectations that you have determined. These are done at $5 per call with a minimum of 25 calls. Secret shops are available by request.
